Nikki opened Salon N'Gage because she wanted a space that matched how she actually works: focused, personal, no chaos. After two decades of traveling for education, training internationally, and working with clients of every age and hair type, she knew exactly what she wanted to build. A salon small enough to know your name, but skilled enough to handle whatever you bring through the door.
Our Chadds Ford studio keeps things intentional. We're not trying to be everything to everyone, we'd rather do fewer things exceptionally well. That means real consultations, not rushed ones. Stylists who keep learning because they want to, not because someone scheduled a mandatory training day. And a team that genuinely likes working together, which you'll notice the second you walk in. Salon N'Gage grew from Salon Sestra's foundation, carrying forward what worked and refining the rest.

Hairstyling
Haircuts, dimensional color, lived-in color, balayage, highlights, toning, blowouts, formal styling. We cover it. Every service starts with a consultation because we'd rather understand what went wrong last time than repeat it. Our stylists trained at Aveda institutes and continue with ongoing education. Whether you want a subtle refresh or a full transformation, we'll talk through it first.
Head Spa
This isn't a quick scalp massage tacked onto your appointment. Our head spa treatments are the real thing: deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and enough tension release that you'll forget you drove here stressed. Think of it as a reset for your scalp and your week. Good hair starts with a healthy foundation, and most people are neglecting theirs. This fixes that.
Waxing
Brows, lips, chin, full face: we handle them quickly and cleanly. No awkward small talk required, no unnecessary upselling. Just safe and easy hair removal from people who've done this thousands of times. We use quality wax that's gentler on sensitive skin, and we're honest about aftercare so you're not walking out confused about what you can and can't do for the next 24 hours.
Nails
Manicures, pedicures, polish, gel. Kept simple and done well. We're not trying to compete with the nail art Instagram accounts. What we offer is clean, pristine work in a space that doesn't feel rushed or chaotic. You can book nails alongside your hair appointment or come in just for this. Either way, you'll leave with hands or feet that actually look finished, not "good enough."
